Join us for an exciting summer! We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Product Services team as an intern.
As a Product Services intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting product performance monitoring and failure analysis for products in the field. This role offers exposure to real-world product quality issues, data analysis, and cross-functional communication while working closely with Product Specialists and technical teams.
In this role, you will assist with investigating and documenting product failures, analyzing warranty data, and creating reports that help inform product improvements and technical decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Product Specialists with monitoring product performance in the market
- Receive and process returned warranty parts for failure analysis
- Investigate, document, and report technical failure modes
- Communicate findings and insights to Product Specialists and technical stakeholders
- Review and analyze warranty failure rates using Power BI
- Build reports and presentations to be shared with internal teams and B/D technical staff
