As part of our internship program, students will have the opportunity to:

  • Gain hands-on, real-world experience within a leading industry, working on meaningful projects that contribute to day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives
  • Volunteer to assist with company events such as the Family Picnic, Employee Summit, Manufacturing Technology Summer Camp, and other events as needed.
  • Complete a final presentation outlining their internship experience, which may be presented to their direct supervisor and colleagues.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to projects, team collaboration, and professional development opportunities designed to prepare them for future careers.
  • Participate in learning sessions, networking opportunities, and community-building activities across the organization.
Job Duties & Responsibilities

Join us for an exciting summer! We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Product Services team as an intern.

As a Product Services intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting product performance monitoring and failure analysis for products in the field. This role offers exposure to real-world product quality issues, data analysis, and cross-functional communication while working closely with Product Specialists and technical teams.

In this role, you will assist with investigating and documenting product failures, analyzing warranty data, and creating reports that help inform product improvements and technical decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Product Specialists with monitoring product performance in the market
  • Receive and process returned warranty parts for failure analysis
  • Investigate, document, and report technical failure modes
  • Communicate findings and insights to Product Specialists and technical stakeholders
  • Review and analyze warranty failure rates using Power BI
  • Build reports and presentations to be shared with internal teams and B/D technical staff

Internship Goals

  • Develop data analysis and trend identification skills
  • Gain hands-on technical knowledge of industry products
  • Strengthen technical writing and knowledge-sharing skills

    Expand product knowledge through customer-facing content improvement
