Senior Estimator – Heavy Civil​/Infrastructure

We are hiring an experienced Senior Estimator with a strong background in heavy civil construction, site development, water & wastewater infrastructure, transportation projects, and process mechanical systems
. This role will lead preconstruction and estimating efforts for complex infrastructure projects and manage full lifecycle cost development.

• Lead estimating strategy, cost modeling, and preconstruction services
• Prepare, review, and approve detailed project cost estimates
• Manage quantity take-offs and scope reviews for heavy civil and infrastructure projects
• Lead subcontractor solicitation, bid leveling, and prequalification reviews
• Review and approve bonds, insurance quotes, specialty equipment pricing, and subcontractor bid packages
• Conduct risk analysis, value engineering, and constructability reviews
• Develop fee, contingency, escalation, general conditions, and indirect cost recommendations
• Present estimates to executive leadership and external clients
• Lead joint venture estimate reviews and contract partnering strategy
• Maintain cost database management and estimating process compliance
• Train and mentor junior estimators and preconstruction staff

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 7+ years of direct project estimating experience in heavy civil or infrastructure construction
• Strong experience with cost analysis, quantity take-offs, subcontractor bidding, and risk review
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Con Est, and K-base estimating software
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
