Clearance Required:

Active TS/SCI Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer III to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). This role supports advanced research, development, and systems engineering efforts that ensure warfighter superiority across training systems, cyber warfare, fleet readiness, and sustainment initiatives for the U.S. Navy. The position is focused on Submarine Fleet systems, supporting their design, integration, deployment, and sustainment across the full system lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in RF engineering, electronic warfare systems, and tactical system integration, along with experience supporting classified Navy and intelligence missions.

Key Responsibilities Perform systems engineering activities on Cryptologic Carry-On Equipment (COE) and Electronic Warfare (EW) programs supporting military intelligence operations Support integration of tactical electronic systems across U.S. Navy platforms (ashore and afloat) Analyze and assess system impacts related to:
Distribution architectures
Mission performance and effectiveness
Interoperability across platforms and systems Support COE/EW deployment concepts and operational employment within Navy missions Apply Radio Frequency (RF) engineering principles to system design, analysis, and performance evaluation, including:
Propagation prediction and measurement
Receiver modeling and analysis
Signal detection, identification, and characterization
Non‑cooperative demodulation of signals of interest
Antenna and antenna array modeling Operate within Windows and Linux operating system environments Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering, systems, and program teams to ensure system effectiveness, mission readiness, and compliance with Navy and DoD standards

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline Active TS/SCI clearance 6+ years of full‑time professional experience as an Electrical or Electronic Engineer 4+ years of experience in:
Systems engineering on COE or EW programs
Fully integrated tactical systems supporting military intelligence missions (ashore and afloat)
Engineering support for U.S. Navy warfare systems, including analysis of system integration impacts on mission performance and interoperability 3+ years of experience with: COE and EW concepts
Operational deployment of electronic warfare systems Demonstrated expertise in RF design and analysis, including:
Propagation modeling and measurement
Receiver and signal analysis
Signal detection and characterization
Antenna and antenna array modeling Experience working in Windows and Linux operating systems

Preferred Qualifications Prior U.S. Navy experience

$52.88/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
