Location: United States (any location in the USA, travel up to 30% domestically).

• Facilitate client requirements for the design of hyperscale data centers across the United States.
• Manage the design process from campus planning/basis of design through issuance of construction drawings, including creation of a shared plan for execution, oversight of construction administration services from external design teams, coordination of procurement, issuance of change orders, and communication of engineering information to vendors and suppliers.
• Work with internal and external multidisciplinary teams, building strong positive relationships that produce quality work and clear communication, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Travel to project sites and client meetings as needed (anticipated up to 30% of schedule).
• Ensure project deliverables meet required milestones, deadlines, and are presented in the format required by the final client.

• 10+ years of project design experience with data center designs, or large complex construction projects such as hospitals, high‑rises, laboratories, manufacturing plants, or high‑power plants.
• Experience working with internal and external multidisciplinary teams, including direct collaboration with final client teams.
• Experience preparing project plans, technical specifications, implementation schedules, and coordinating internal and external teams.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Platforms:
  Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or Building Information Modelling (BIM) engineered solutions.
• BA in Architecture or Engineering, or related field. Preferred licensure (PE, NCARB, RA).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with evolving priorities in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment.

$80,461 – $132,761 (actual salaries vary based on experience, education, and location).
