Position Summary The Corporate Trainer is a dynamic and influential role responsible for developing and delivering training programs that aim to enhance employee engagement or specific skillsets across the organization. This individual will leverage their expertise in organizational behavior, psychology, and adult learning principles to create impactful learning experiences that drive cultural change, improve employee morale, and increase overall productivity and retention.
Responsibilities- Design and implement comprehensive training programs focused on team building, communication, leadership development, and technical proficiency.
- Working closely with Infotec leadership, establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for training programs and develop learning journeys to achieve these targets.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training sessions in a manner that is engaging, interactive, and effective for adult learners.
- Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using feedback, surveys, and other metrics to continually improve training quality and impact.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, research, and best practices in employee engagement and adult learning to continually enhance training programs.
- Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a trainer, coach, or a similar role with a focus on employee engagement, organizational culture, or leadership development.
- Skills/Abilities
- Advanced Facilitation & Engagement:
Active Listening, Balance of professionalism and charisma, proficiency in virtual tools like Zoom/Teams - Emotional Intelligence & Empathy:
Ability to read the room and pivot based on class energy, ability to handle difficult learners, and awareness of diverse learning styles - Strategic Mindset:
Ability to identify skill gaps, familiarity with measuring success - Professional Reliability: representing our brand and business at off-site trainings, virtual environments, and in the classroom
