As a Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Instructor, you will provide comprehensive schoolhouse support across the Marine Corps CI/HUMINT curriculum. You will deliver realistic, performance‑based instruction designed to prepare marines for operational CI/HUMINT missions across various contested environments.
In this role, you will employ a variety of instructional and evaluation methods, including presentations, lectures, briefs, hands‑on demonstrations, role‑playing, and practical applications, in accordance with approved Programs of Instruction (POIs). Training scenarios will replicate real‑world operational conditions and assess student proficiency across core CI/HUMINT mission areas, including CI functional services, CI collection and investigative activities, CI analysis and production, support to CI operations, overt HUMINT debriefing, clandestine HUMINT operations, and intelligence interrogations.
You will train, advise, and mentor CI/HUMINT students and teams on approved tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), while serving as a Faculty Advisor (FACAD) with responsibilities such as teaching and role‑playing during exercises, grading intelligence and operational reporting, and evaluating student performance in accordance with established Training and Readiness (T&R) standards. You will integrate fully into training exercises, providing post‑exercise critiques, after‑action reports (AARs), grading, and student performance evaluations using approved evaluation checklists.
You will also maintain general oversight of classroom instruction and field training activities, support program reviews, training coordination meetings, and course content reviews, and assist with training events requiring the use of motor vehicles and other support equipment. In support of continuous improvement, you will attend follow‑on training as required to refine instructional techniques and contribute to curriculum updates.
