Center Clinical Medical Director – Primary Care Outpatient – Coastal Virginia

COMPENSATION: $280-$300k base + Bonuses and Partnership

Role:

• Salary:
  Base $280,000-$300,000
• Hours:
  
  Monday – Friday schedule;
  Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)
• Work/Life Balance
• Small Patient Panel – 60-90 patients max
• Manage PCPs and NPs
• Patient Population:
  Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in:
  Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM) or Geriatric Medicine
• Education:
  
  MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty
• Experience:
  
  At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience preferred
• Skills:
  
  Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally
