• Patient Care model? % of Supervision: Care Team Model – Medically directing 2 CRNAs

• Current staff: 2 MDs, 2 CRNAs (ORs at 80% operational efficiency)

• Experience Requirements: Must be comfortable with full case mix; MDs place spinals or epidurals

• EMR: EPIC
