• Perform comprehensive health assessments and physician examinations
• Diagnose and manage common acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized care plans
• Order, interpret, and follow up on labs, imaging, and other diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and treatments consistent with current clinical guidelines
• Provide age‑appropriate care, including adult and geriatric care (and pediatrics, if capable)
• Participate in transitions of care, including hospital follow‑up and post‑discharge management
• Capable of sending internal referrals to other specialists within the group
• ~ 18‑20 patients/day
• Work and collaborate with other Physicians and APPs within the practice
