- Responsible for the operation of high-speed scanning equipment.
- Convert high volumes of hard copy files into quality digital images.
- Responsible for verifying the accuracy, clarity and completeness of all digitized documents.
- Image Quality: clear and legible text, no blurriness, skewing, proper brightness and contrast, correct page orientation, rotation of images, correct resolution (300 DPI)
- Scanned File Completeness:
All pages scanned, no missing, duplicated or cut-off pages - Evaluates documents to ensure all output meets strict quality control standards.
- Ability to consistently maintain set production quotas.
- Highly detailed oriented, with great attention to quality output, data integrity and adherence to a production quota.
- Follows all security and privacy policies, standards and guidelines to protect the informational assets of both the company and their customers.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
- Flexibility to work overtime (OT) or weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift 30 - 50 lbs.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Must have US Citizenship or be a Lawful Permanent Resident
- Must have registered with the Selective Service (Males only)
- Must be Federal Tax Compliant
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a government clearance

This is an office position. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a climate-controlled environment. Candidates must be able to sit, read, work on a computer, and watch a computer screen for extended periods of time. Occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, kneel or crouch.
