About the Role:
Join our team as a Destination Wedding Coordinator, supporting couples who are planning wedding celebrations at resort and travel destinations while working remotely. In this role, you will assist couples and their guests by helping organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itinerary details so their wedding celebration is coordinated smoothly from start to finish. Your focus will be on organization, communication, and attention to detail while helping couples manage the travel planning portion of their destination wedding.
As a Destination Wedding Coordinator, you will work with couples to review resort options, accommodation arrangements, and travel logistics for their wedding group. Destination weddings often involve coordinating travel plans for multiple guests, so organization and clear documentation are essential. You will assist with organizing reservations, verifying confirmations, and helping maintain structured timelines so guests have clear information about travel and accommodations.
You will also help organize group travel details, transportation arrangements, and itinerary planning to ensure all travel elements align with the wedding schedule. Clear communication with clients is important so couples and guests feel informed and supported throughout the planning process.
This role is fully remote and well suited for individuals who enjoy organizing milestone events and coordinating travel experiences for groups. Training is available for all new hires to ensure familiarity with planning systems, documentation procedures, and coordination processes used to support destination wedding travel planning.
