• Answer incoming emails from internal teams related to export bookings and documentation
• Chase bookings with no activity or missing documentation required for cargo loading approval
• Coordinate solutions to documentation issues for customers
• Release original bills of lading and execute express releases for cash customers upon payment confirmation
• Create and modify export bookings for special cargo and conduct root cause analysis on problems

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One year of related experience and/or training in a service‑related industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent soft skills
• Bilingual in Spanish, fluent in speaking and writing
• Previous call center experience preferred

• Experience in a logistics or shipping environment
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and analytical skills
• Familiarity with export and import documentation processes
