The Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative plays a critical role in supporting the service department by serving as the primary point of contact between the dealership and its customers. We are seeking a motivated, professional, and customer‑focused Service BDC Representative to join our growing team. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications, proactively scheduling and confirming service appointments, and ensuring a consistent, high‑quality customer experience across all touch points.

• Generate appointments.
• Adhere to attendance, punctuality, and workplace conduct standards.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM.
• Meet daily/weekly call and appointment goals.
• Uphold dealership professionalism, tone, and basic standards at all times.
• Follow up with customers via phone, text, and email.
• Manage high volume of inbound and outbound service calls.

• Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or dealership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and phone etiquette skills.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic computer programs.
• Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
