What

you will do
  • Deliver category leading presentations, provide strong 5P analytics & insights, and proactively identify & communicate opportunities for our customers.
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to build and champion collaborative working relationships with customers and cross-functionally develop the business.
  • Provide world-class Category Management results based on fact-based selling.
  • Contribute to category management support for internal processes and complete customer category reviews by utilizing category analysis, shopper insights and other available analytic tools.
  • Own, scorecard and supervise the execution of 5P activities in line with established objectives and guidelines; comfortable with managing ambiguity.
Who you are
  • You're a storyteller — the ability to interpret and communicate shopper and consumer data and integrate them to tell fact-based stories that drive category solutions.
  • You can strategize — align brand strategies and priorities with customer strategies, execute new product initiatives, and conduct post-analysis to assess promotions.
  • You like to collaborate — establish partnerships based on mutual trust and integrity; communicate and reinforce brand strategies internally and with customers.
  • You know the systems — proficient in Nielsen, 1010data, Numerator Insights & Promo Intel, Spectra, JDA and other customer POS systems; utilize shelf management software and plan-o-grams to optimize shelf placement and Fair Share of Shelf support.
  • You are curious and a continuous improver — identify gaps and opportunities, translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of consumer product sales or category management experience, or other relevant sales/marketing experience
  • 4+ years of experience analyzing syndicated data
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Preferred qualifications
  • Availability to travel up to 10% of the time
Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $ – $ USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions, subject to eligibility. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays. Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
