Responsibilities- Review digitized document data at the field level for accuracy against source images
- Correct data fields to match original IRS forms exactly
- Apply IRS-defined form-level and field-level reject reasons when appropriate
- Perform Key Verification on IRS-designated critical fields
- Complete assigned work within Prime Contractor system queues
- Meet or exceed 95% field-level accuracy per form type
- Maintain SLA cycle times for assigned form categories
- Follow all Prime Contractor processing instructions and workflows
- Protect all taxpayer data in compliance with IRS privacy and security requirements
- Participate in quality audits and remediation activities as required
- Escalate unclear or inconsistent documents using defined exception procedure
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High attention to detail and sustained focus
- Ability to follow structured processing rules without deviation
- Comfortable working in production queue environments
- Basic computer proficiency and typing accuracy
- Ability to work independently while meeting production targets
- Willingness to work overtime or alternate shifts during peak periods
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
- Ability to lift 30 - 50 lbs
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Must have US Citizenship or be a Lawful Permanent Resident
- Must have registered with the Selective Service (Males only)
- Must be Federal Tax Compliant
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a government clearance
