Product Manager (Remote)

Sentara Health is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and successful launch of innovative products that elevate consumer experience and drive operational excellence.

• Partner with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to identify customer pain points, streamline the consumer journey, and implement solutions that improve satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
• Lead product development, enhancement, and launch initiatives.
• Manage timelines, stakeholder communication, and day‑to‑day product execution.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, clinical, and vendor teams to deliver product solutions.

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably within healthcare operations and consumer experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, market landscape, technology impacts, and emerging opportunities.
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud build is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Sentara IT procedures and SHP business processes is strongly preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Base pay: $91,416.00 – $. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
