ResponsibilitiesAs a Procurement Analyst
, you will analyze, optimize, and manage procurement processes to align with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide procurement support to internal stakeholders, ensuring policies and objectives are met.
- Develop deep knowledge of suppliers and procurement policies, serving as a subject‑matter expert and trainer.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to gather insight, align objectives, and implement best practices.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of procurement processes and projects, extracting insights with data analytics tools.
- Make strategic recommendations to optimize processes and implement solutions.
- Support procurement department in organizing, planning, and tracking project progress.
- Evaluate savings and value from procurement projects, measuring actual vs. planned savings and identifying trends.
- Support the annual budget process by estimating savings and forecasting spend.
- Analyze suppliers through comprehensive evaluations, including benchmarking pricing, quality, and capabilities.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions.
- Review quotes and bids for long‑term contracts, perform due diligence, and verify details.
- Use analytics to drive process improvement and streamline efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation of procurement processes and policies.
- Monitor KPIs measuring procurement performance.
What You Need For Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Analyst, Supply Chain Management, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated success using data to solve complex and ambiguous problems.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, data analysis, and business intelligence tools.
- Growth mindset, committed to making measurable change in a dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate regularly with finance, operations, and other departments.
- Professional representation of the Procurement Department with internal and external stakeholders.
