• Warmly greeting customers and making them feel like part of the family.
• Answering phones and providing clear, helpful information.
• Preparing accurate, detailed estimates based on input from our certified technicians.
• Educating customers about recommended services, helping them prioritize needs and plan ahead.
• Coordinating parts sourcing, scheduling jobs, and dispatching technicians efficiently.
• Ensuring quality control and a seamless service process from drop‑off to pick‑up.

We use state‑of‑the‑art digital inspection software to communicate transparently with customers—sharing photos, videos, and notes to help them understand and plan their car care. Your job is to walk them through it all with empathy and expertise.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• A strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
