Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Front Desk/Receptionist
The Corporate Office Front Desk Receptionist oversees the general administrative functions of the corporate office and serves as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors. This role operates within an access‑controlled environment and plays a critical role as the gatekeeper to the building, ensuring compliance with security procedures and maintaining a safe, professional, and welcoming atmosphere.
PRIMARY DUTIES (including but not limited to):The Corporate Office Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for supporting productivity and efficiency across the corporate office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Front Desk & Visitor Management- Warmly greeting all guests, clients and vendors upon arrival.
- Ensuring all visitors check-in according to corporate visitor policies and verifying identification.
- Notifying appropriate employees of visitor arrival and ensuring all guests are escorted as required.
- Answering and transferring incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Checking, sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages.
- Maintaining front desk, lobby and common spaces to corporate standards.
- Assisting with administrative projects assigned by leadership.
- Supporting office operations including ordering supplies, scheduling maintenance requests and maintaining phone lists and databases.
- Other duties assigned by the Property Management Operations Director or other Breeden Executive leadership.
- Previous receptionist experience.
- This position is onsite at the corporate office; no job duties may be performed remotely.
- May require occasional assistance during corporate events or special meetings.
