Branch Marketing Assistant

Base pay range$16.50/hr - $25.00/hr
Responsibilities- Referral partner relationships – place calls to Referral Partners and follow up regularly.
- Marketing responsibilities – event planning and coordination; social media management (obtain approval from VP of Marketing for posts); database management; set up appointments; work with CRM software.
- Client appreciation – call client the day after closing to thank them and offer a follow‑up appointment; send Thank You cards after closing.
- Email responsibilities – send weekly blast emails to sales staff and referral partners; forward lead‑generating emails to the appropriate team member; send emails on behalf of the manager upon request.
- Additional job responsibilities – 30/60/90 calls on closed loans; plan, coordinate, schedule, invite and confirm events; assist with client gifts and birthday program; assist with marketing materials; assist with any additional task upon request; other duties as assigned.
