Key

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Review and sign off on complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
• Lead client tax planning and advisory services
• Supervise staff and senior accountants, providing mentorship and feedback
• Oversee research on complex tax issues and develop resolutions
• Maintain compliance with evolving tax regulations
• Collaborate with firm leadership on client engagement strategies
• Identify and implement process improvements

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA required (or EA with strong public experience)
• Minimum 7–10 years of public accounting experience with tax focus
• Strong technical and leadership background
• Knowledge of Ultra Tax, Quick Books, and GAAP standards
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
