People Share is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a medical office in Virginia Beach. This role is responsible for accurate invoice processing, vendor communication, and financial record support.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, credit memos, and supplier payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain and update supplier records
- Enter payments into portals; retrieve invoices through EDI
- Assist with month-end close and general accounting tasks
- Communicate with vendors by phone and email
- 1-3 years of Accounts Payable or related experience
- Proficiency in Quick Books Online
* Must be recent experience* - Strong organization, accuracy, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to sit for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying conditions
