This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Virginia Beach, VA, for an Accounting Specialist. The Accounting Specialist will manage a range of accounting and financial tasks, including invoice processes, overseeing accounts receivable and payable transactions, managing and maintaining accurate transaction records, and reconciling vendor and customer accounts. They will ensure compliance with accounting standards, utilize accounting software to streamline workflows, and analyze financial data to support decision‑making.

Additionally, the role includes collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to manage financial processes effectively and accurately. This position will report to the Controller.

• Proficiency in using Quickbooks Enterprise Accounting Software and an understanding of core Finance principles
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite to include Excel
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and support business decision‑making
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in an accounting or finance role within product based or wholesale type of companies is an advantage
