Responsible for servicing and building relationships with the guest, paying hand-pay jackpots, and performing minor repairs on HHR machines;
Responsible for ensuring that all department paperwork and data entry is completed and entered correctly;
Maintains the electronic components, systems, and peripherals of HHR machines; performs preventative maintenance on HHR Machines during down time;
Promotes player card usage on the gaming floor;
Ensures gaming devices are operating properly; promptly calls for technical or supervisory assistance when necessary
