Overview

Piedmont Healthcare is currently recruiting board certified/board eligible medical oncology physicians for our Columbus, GA location to support a rapidly growing and evolving program at Piedmont Columbus Regional Hospital. These new physicians will help to support and expand the clinical excellence known to the Piedmont Healthcare family.

The ideal BC/BE candidate will be self-motivated to excel as a clinician as well as committed to grow this new department. The BE/BC candidate will need to be licensed in the state of Georgia. The candidate must have great communication skills and genuine compassion for the patients as well as patients’ family/support teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in an outpatient clinic practice as well as helping further develop and grow the oncology service line.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will participate in outpatient clinic practice and play a key role in developing and growing the oncology service line within Piedmont Columbus Regional Hospital.

Qualifications
  • Board certified or board eligible in medical oncology
  • Licensed in the state of Georgia
  • Strong communication skills and genuine compassion for patients and families
