Monday - Friday between 7:30am and 5:00pm (start time rotates between 7am - 8:30am); some overtime as needed
Duties include (but not limited to)- Shipping and receiving
- Load and unload trucks
- Match purchase orders to sales orders
- Reads customer orders, work orders, shipping order or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped.
- Sorts and moves items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type or product code.
- Ensures the warehouse is accessible and safe.
- Marks materials with appropriate identifying information, records items received or distributed, assists in inventory, and organizes the warehouse and work areas for orderliness at all times.
- Other duties as necessary
- Must have a strong work ethic, exceptional customer service skills and a "can-do" attitude
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old
- 1+ year recent warehouse experience
- Forklift experience is a huge plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record (may occasionally make deliveries)
- RF Scanner experience preferred
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Previous experience working in wholesale distribution a plus
- HVAC warehouse experience a HUGE plus
- Must be able to lift up to 70lbs.
