CDL A Local Driver

Miller Transportation Group is a rapidly growing leader in the transportation industry and has been family‑owned and operated since 1912. With its headquarters in Lumberton, New Jersey, the company operates several business units:

• Miller Truck Leasing – the largest privately‑held truck leasing company on the East Coast, providing full‑service leasing, finance leasing, truck rental, and truck maintenance programs.
• Miller Dealerships – offering car and light truck solutions across Ford, Lincoln, and Subaru.
• Miller Dedicated Services – supporting customers in outsourcing transportation needs by providing vehicles, drivers, fuel, insurance, and industry expertise.
• Miller Brokerage Services – delivering on‑demand capacity solutions through a network of reliable carriers.

The Miller Dedicated Services division is currently seeking qualified CDL A Drivers with a TWIC Card for our location in Vineland, NJ. The job involves daily pick‑ups and deliveries between Vineland and South Philadelphia:

• Start and end each day in Vineland, NJ.
• Pickup the tractor and empty container, then drive to the Port in South Philadelphia to load a reefer container.
• Transport the loaded container to our yard in Vineland, NJ, drop it, and return to South Philadelphia for the next container.
• Complete three or more round trips daily, with an average of 3.5 round trips per day.
• Be ready at the Port and ready to enter when the gates open each day.

Pay: $85 per round trip plus up to $15 in daily bonuses (paid quarterly) if Safety and Performance Bonus Standards are met.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 5 am start time, with 10‑hour days.

• CDL A license.
• TWIC Card.
• 2+ years of professional driving experience as a CDL
