• Reports to the athletic director.
• Instructs and trains student-athletes to prepare them for competition.
• Emphasizes teamwork, mutual respect, and sportsmanship, modeling appropriate behavior at all times.
• Maintains strong knowledge of NJSIAA, CAL, and WJFL policies and procedures, competition rules, strategies, and techniques.
• Monitors students before and after competition.
• Maintains equipment and uniforms.
• Ensures the safety of all athletes.
• Continues relationships with township youth organizations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the athletic director.

• N.J. Teaching Certification, N.J. Substitute Teacher Certification or eligibility to obtain such.
• CPR certification and NFHS certifications.
• Previous coaching experience is recommended.
