istributor in the commercial HVAC and building systems space who is looking to hire a Territory Manager to cover Southern New Jersey and areas south of Philadelphia
.

This is a high-impact, field-based sales role focused on growing commercial business, managing key relationships, and driving new project opportunities across the territory.

• Growing and managing commercial sales across Southern NJ
• Building strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and building owners
• Identifying and developing new project opportunities
• Representing a portfolio of commercial HVAC & building system solutions

• B2B or commercial sales experience (HVAC, construction, or building systems preferred)
• Strong relationship-building and territory management skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
