As a Lead Sales Consultant you will support your team in helping customers find the best home furnishings. You will prospect, schedule appointments, and sell high‑quality products while upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Enthusiasm to build your business by prospecting and scheduling appointments with individual clients and business‑to‑business sales.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, which includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Leadership, dedication to growth, excellent listening skills, and a willingness to learn.
• Plan, develop, and execute strategic prospecting to increase associate and store profitability.
• Multitasking skills to prioritize customer experience and team requirements.

• Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn our proprietary P.O.S. program.
