We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) ? BCBA /LBA/ QBA to join our team in the South Jersey area. We also welcome candidates who have completed their BCaBA coursework and are awaiting their board exam, offering a valuable opportunity to gain supervised experience while earning an income.

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral needs
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Implement behavior modification techniques based on applied behavior analysis principles
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and behavioral health records
• Utilize medical terminology effectively in reports and communication

• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification, or completion of BCaBA coursework
• Proficiency in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis
• Experience working in special education settings
• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and interpret results
• Strong knowledge of medical documentation and record-keeping practices
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health
• Experience working with children in a clinical or educational setting
