Job Description:

Baker Place Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our healthcare team on a part-time or PRN basis across all shifts. • Provide quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or healthcare provider, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding as needed.
• Monitor and document patients' health status, reporting any significant changes to the supervisory team.
• Support patients with mobility by assisting with transfers and repositioning to promote comfort and prevent injury.
• Maintain open communication with patients and their families, providing updates and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Follow all healthcare protocols and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and certification.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active CNA or HHA certification/license in New Jersey.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
