Concierge Patient Relations Specialist

Overview

Bishop McCarthy Center For Rehabilitation & Healthcare is hiring for a Concierge Patient Relations Specialist. This part-time position supports residents, families, and staff by delivering compassionate customer service and coordinating admissions and related processes.

• Coordinate the process of new admissions to the facility in a friendly, compassionate manner.
• Serve as the primary customer service resource for the building and areas where residents/patients are directly affected.
• Facilitate customer satisfaction surveys with residents, guests, and family members where appropriate.
• Assist staff to ensure residents’/patients’ needs are met and communicate with residents and family members to confirm services and identify any additional needs.

• 2-4 years of experience in customer relations in healthcare; more specifically in a long-term care setting.
• Bilingual (Spanish).
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong time management and task-oriented skills.

• Part-time:
  Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $/yr. This range is provided by Bishop McCarthy Center For Rehabilitation & Healthcare. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience—discuss with the recruiter to learn more.
