Fitzgerald Financial Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our independent financial advisory practice in Vineland, NJ.
This is a leadership-level role responsible for overseeing operational workflows, asset transfers, and custodial coordination within a growing advisory practice.
Responsibilities include:- Managing ACAT transfers and asset movement
- Overseeing new account processing and resolving NIGO items
- Coordinating custodial platforms and internal systems
- Maintaining CRM integrity and workflows
- Strengthening operational processes and execution
- Prior experience at a broker-dealer or RIA required
- Experience handling advisory accounts and asset transfers
- Strong organizational and process-management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
Hybrid schedule available; majority of time must be in-office in Vineland, NJ.
