Compensation:
Salary - $60,000-$75,000/year

Here’s when you will be working: This is a full-time career with Northeast Precast. The days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8-5.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Bluebeam
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
• Drafting experience is a plus
• Coordinate with customers for project details and drawings
• Create project take-offs
• Work with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
• Evaluate the scope of work
• Generate bid proposals
• Follow up on open bids
