We are looking for a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist who will focus on wow‑ing clients now and in the future.

It would be even better if you also had- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
- Help ensure all clients’ needs are met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi‑task
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Pay Range$11.00 - $27.00 / hr. Local minimum wage laws apply. The pay range is posted pursuant to local requirements. Successful candidates may be eligible for incentive compensation or short‑term incentive plans that could generate additional earnings. Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k)); the Employee Assistance Program;
(virtual) fitness center programs, associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit.
