TROUT NATIONAL - SENIOR ACCOUNTANT JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate bi-weekly payroll and work closely with ADP on all payroll issues
- Assist CFO with various HR related matters – including benefits renewals and 401K
- Responsible for the monthly close process and monthly variance analysis
- Assist CFO with the annual budget process
Work closely with Trout National’s CPA firm on the yearly audit and tax return - Work on streamlining the accounting functions and operations
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Hands-on experience with Jonas Club Software extremely preferred
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookup and pivot tables
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
