Club Generalists

Overview

The Club House Generalist assumes responsibilities for Club House Services to patients/clients under the supervision of the Clubhouse Supervisor. Provides services to patients/clients in accordance with the PCTP scope of practice as defined by Indiana.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Supports and adheres to the Organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Enter progress notes, complete State Registration and ANSA documents, maintain appointment book in the Electronic Medical Record, and complete billing documentation within timeline identified by FHC Billing Policy.
• Participate in team meetings, consult with team members regarding shared caseload tasks, and contribute actively to team’s efforts to ensure clients’ needs are met.
• Facilitate all member involvement in all aspects of clubhouse work.
• Engage members side-by-side in all aspects of the clubhouse work order day.
• Assist members with identifying and pursuing educational goals.
• Assist members with securing and maintaining employment.
• Plan, organize, implement, and participate in evening, weekend, and holiday events.
• Transport Club House members to doctors' appointments, home, and outings.
• Maintain good judgement and good verbal and written communication skills. Interact with executive leadership, physicians, managers, supervisors, and other mental health providers as well as the public.

Required Experience:

1 to 2 years. Two (2) years’ experience in community resource acquisition and rehabilitation services for adults with serious mental illness is preferred but not required. Must have a current, valid driver’s license.
