We are seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join our team at Cardinal Care Strategies in Muncie, IN. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Behavioral Care Facility and Long Term Care setting, preferably in a Nursing Home. The CNA will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a Behavioral Care Facility and Long Term Care setting - if you know, you know.
- Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols - safety first for the good of all!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - let's talk about it
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team - be team player
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - details matter!
