Warehouse Packer

The Packer is responsible packaging, inspecting, labeling product preparing them for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.

• Inspecting plastic products for quality, ensuring they meet the required specifications.
• Cleaning, labeling, and packaging plastic products according to established guidelines.
• Following packaging instructions, including quantities, sizes, and product placement within boxes or containers.
• Operate packaging machinery and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment.
• Adhere to packaging specifications and maintaining consistency in packaging quality.
• Maintaining accurate records of packaged products, quantities, and any issues or concerns.
• Assist with production line start-up and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, including proper disposal of packaging materials.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with production supervisors and team members to address any issues or concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in packaging or related field is preferred but not required.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain high quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Familiarity with packaging materials, tools, and equipment.
• Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift objects for extended periods.
• Able to tolerate non climate control environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy for basic data entry and record-keeping.

Shift: 7:50am–8:00pm

Rate: $15.00/hr

Shift: 7:50pm–8:00am

Rate: $16.00/hr

• Steel toed/composite toe is required
