TempToFTMEMCO is hiring for a Shipping and Crating Associate in Villa Rica!

  Mon – Fri 7am – 4pm; OT available
• Pay: $15

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Crating Associate to join our customer’s team. This role is responsible for assisting the shop in preparing outgoing shipments by building wooden crates and panels to protect materials during transport.

• Build wooden crates and custom packaging for outbound shipments
• Safely and securely pack products for shipping
• Measure, cut, and assemble crate materials
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Load and unload trucks; verify shipping documents
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
• Ensure all shipments meet quality, safety, and delivery standards

• Experience in shipping, warehouse, or carpentry/fabrication roles
• Ability to read tape measure and follow simple construction plans
• Comfortable using saws, drills, and other basic tools
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• A pre-employment Drug Screening is required.
