Overview
To provide treatment for the specified children, adolescents, and their parents/guardians under therapist care. Treatment is provided by group therapy, individual sessions, family sessions, family contact, and by legal contact, and school contact when necessary. The direction of treatment and the extent of the contacts will be determined by the treatment team. Therapist is to use their clinical individuality but must work effectively with entire team.
Sign-On Bonuses: $10,000 Sign On Bonus for LPC, LCSW, LMFT; $5,000 Sign On Bonus for LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT, NCC; $2,500 Sign On Bonus for Master s Level (no license).
ResponsibilitiesProvide treatment for children, adolescents, and their parents/guardians under therapist care. Conduct group therapy, individual therapy, family sessions, family contact, and by legal and school contact when necessary. The direction of treatment and the extent of contacts will be determined by the treatment team. Collaborate with the team while applying clinical individuality.
EducationMaster s Degree
ExperienceOne year of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.
Licenses & Certifications- Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Licensed Professional Counselor
- Ability to concentrate on tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to confidentially maintain all information.
- Basic data entry skill preferred; including experience using a computer.
- Basic knowledge of and skills applying principles of abnormal psychology and mental health problems.
- College level of reading and comprehension, writing and mathematical skills.
- Familiarity with psychological, sociological and medical terminology s.
- Master s Degree in psychology or related field.
- Must be licensed by the state of Georgia as an independent and full practitioner of counseling, family therapy, or social work (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Organization and time management skills.
- Skills in analyzing and evaluating information, problem solving skills, excellent oral communication skills, and legible handwriting.
