Intellistars ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Villa Rica, Georgia. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care to children in their natural environment—their homes. Location: Villa Rica, GA

Salary: $25 - $30 HOURLY

RBT certification required

• Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities in their homes
• Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and collaborate with therapists to ensure consistent and effective care
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior, as well as maintain accurate documentation of services provided
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

• Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• 0 years of experience in the field of ABA or related experience
• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record

• Work in home settings, with occasional travel to our office in Villa Rica, Georgia
• Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed
• Must be able to adapt to changing environments and situations

• $25 - $30 HOURLY compensation package
