About the Role- Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new client relationships in the Chicagoland area
- Manage the full business development cycle—from prospecting to closing and account management
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, video, and in‑person meetings
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Represent CFS with professionalism, integrity, and a consultative approach
