Madonna Manoris looking for an RN Assistant Director of Nursing(DON) that appreciates teamwork and providing the best care.
Madonna Manoris a beautiful Senior Living community located in beautiful Villa Hills, Kentucky within easy commute in the Greater Cincinnati Area. Our Senior Living Community offers assisted living, memory care and rehabilitation, skilled care services as well as upscale Independent Living. Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Assist with audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in resident assessments and care planning
- Serve as a clinical resource for staff, residents, and families
- Active RN license (Kentucky or compact)
- Prior nursing leadership or supervisory experience
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
