🌐About our European Projects Office

Our European Projects Office was created in mid 2010 as a strategic bet of Gradiant towards the participation in cooperative research and innovation activities at EU level. Nearly fifteen years after, Gradiant counts over 44 participations in FP7, H2020 and Horizon Europe projects, some of them as coordinator. Throughout these years Gradiant has established itself as a competitive RTO at EU level, and an innovation lighthouse at national level.

Additionally, we have positioned ourselves as an active player across the ICT sector within a number of European Innovation Alliances, Industrial Associations, European Innovation Partnerships and Technology Platforms.

We are committed to keep along this track and want to address new exciting challenges and opportunities ahead of us, but we need help.

We are looking for someone who can help us grow thanks to their experience and participation in forums related to public research and innovation programs at European level, helping us to continue to grow and position ourselves as a reference in our areas of expertise.

Your main duties will be:

• Planning, coordinating, and drafting proposals, ensuring their consistency and quality and meeting established deadlines.
• Adapting all proposals to the requirements and guidelines of the call for proposals.
• Participating in the generation, development, and selection of new ideas for EU-sponsored R&D projects.
• Monitoring EU legislation and EC regulations relevant to EU projects.
• Keeping up to date with relevant EU research programs and calls for proposals, monitoring EU legislation and EC regulations that may be of interest to us.
• Supporting the preparation of new project proposals in collaboration with Gradiant's technical areas.
• Identifying new opportunities within EU institutions and programs:
  Horizon Europe, DIGITAL Europe, EIC, and others.
• Promoting Gradiant's active participation in European-scale initiatives, such as EU associations, industry associations, and other strategic alliances.

• Higher university degree, preferably in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics.
• More than 3 years of work experience, preferably in drafting EU projects in the field of technology.
• Knowledge of the functioning of the European Commission's policies and funding programs for research and innovation.
• Excellent level of spoken and written English. Good knowledge of other European languages will be valued.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, multitask, synthesize information and provide analysis, and work in a multicultural environment.
• A master's degree in European grant management for R&D&I is an advantage.

💶 Salary:
From 30,000€ SBA + % variable depending on your knowledge, experience and desire!
