The ideal candidate will hold a recognised degree and post-graduate teaching qualification (QTS), with further leadership or postgraduate study desirable. You will have deep knowledge of child development, EYFS, and the English Primary Curriculum, combined with strategic vision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead high-performing teams.
