Job Description

Retail Store Manager (RSM) works as the leader of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. Our RSMs lead by example as brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They demonstrate how to thrive in a fast‑paced, fun environment where customer needs are their first focus.

They immerse themselves in meaningful connections with customers by building new and deepening existing relationships. Their expertise in uncovering customers’ needs and passion to educate, demonstrate and recommend device and service solutions drives the store’s success.

What You’ll Do in Your Role
  • Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
  • Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in‑store.
  • Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store functions, from sales and inventory to implementing new store programs and initiatives.
  • Sell to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan, keeping customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love—including accessories and up‑and‑coming IoT devices.
  • Make sure the store is always at its best.

Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy.

Become Proficient in Digital Tools
  • Show customers how our ever‑expanding coverage stacks up in their neighborhood, providing a lightning‑fast LTE network.
  • Explain how plans and services let customers live unlimited, feel the love, stay connected and go further.
  • Demonstrate how we’re redefining wireless—down to device and account inspection, review and troubleshooting.
Trainings

Complete trainings on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.

Build Strong Relationships Across Channels
  • Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless, run‑around‑free environment.
  • Identify and handoff small business leads successfully.
  • Develop peer relationships, holding each other accountable for the company’s success.
  • Have a good time while providing first‑class customer experience.

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Wireless sales experience.
  • High school degree or GED.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 25 lb.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Full‑time (45 hours) availability.
