QA System Analyst

As a QA System Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of technology solutions that support our homebuilding construction operations, including scheduling, quality, and safety applications. You will work as part of a cross-functional team to support and enhance these applications by validating functionality, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring technology effectively supports construction processes.

• Work with business and technical teams to ensure test coverage and application quality
• Execute functional and regression testing based on test plans and system requirements
• Create and maintain test cases and test documentation
• Reproduce, document, and track defects in collaboration with the development team
• Assist with root cause analysis and resolution of escalated production support issues
• Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows, support procedures, and user guides

• 1–3 years of experience in software quality assurance or level 2/3 application support
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with testing concepts and issue tracking tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, Jira)
• Basic SQL knowledge to validate data and troubleshoot issues
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience with mobile application testing across iOS and Android platforms is a plus
