Position: ID & Access Management Support Staff (Saviynt) - Hybrid

& Access Management Support Staff (Saviynt)

Location: Vienna, VA

Hybrid: Three days per week onsite

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced  & Access Management Support Staff member to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our identity and access management infrastructure, ensuring security compliance, and delivering excellent support to our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve incident tickets and fulfill Service Catalog requests
  • Complete release and change tickets
  • Handle security vulnerability remediation tasks related to Saviynt configuration changes
  • Reduce security risks and enhance compliance through proper access management
  • Improve user experience by ensuring proper identity and access controls
Required Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience supporting Identity Management and Governance services
  • Demonstrated expertise with Saviynt platform
